Psyche Live In Sofia | Studio A XI | 9 декември 2017

Студио А се завръща към синтпоп корените си. Проектът ще отбележи 11 години от създаването си с концерт на канадската банда Psyche („Сайки”) на 9 декември в club *MIXTAPE 5*, B-Side.

В събитието ще вземат участие резидент DJ-ите Strange Affection и The Him, а специален гост ще бъде kiril101. Със символични участия ще се включат и създателите на проекта Студио А и негови основни двигатели в периода 2006 > 2009 – julianep и Shunt.

Psyche са най-известната канадска дарк синтпоп банда. Като дълголетна легенда на независимата електронна музика те комбинират студено индустриал звучене със синтпоп мелодии, добавяйки готическа атмосфера и дръм машинен груув. Psyche са известни с хитовете “Unveiling The Secret“, “Eternal“, “Sanctuary” и световнопопулярната им версия на “Goodbye Horses“, която е част от емблематичния филм “Мълчанието на агнетата” (“Silence of The Lambs“).

Studio A turns back to its synthpop origin. The project will face its 11th birthday with a live concert of the Canadian band Psyche on December 9th. The event will take place in club *MIXTAPE 5*, B-Side, Sofia.

Guest DJ will be kiril101 who will play alongside our residents – Strange Affection and The Him. The founders of Studio A and key figures for the project in the 2006 > 2009 period – julianep and Shunt will also make symbolic returns to the lineup.

PSYCHE are Canada’s best known dark synthpop act. The electro-pop pioneers who have been bringing their dramatic lyrical soundscapes with a touch of goth atmospherics, and crafty drum machine grooves to life for the past three decades! As an enduring legend of independent electronic music Psyche have released 11 full length albums, several compilations, and a DVD entitled “Imaginary Life”. Best known for their hits “Unveiling The Secret”, “Eternal”, “Misery”, “Sanctuary”, “15 Minutes”, and their world renowned version of “Goodbye Horses” (which first became famous by its appearance in the movie “Silence Of The Lambs”).
